| Abstract: | The following document is entitled Final Internship Report and was prepared within the scope of the Professional Internship Curricular Unit in the 2nd cycle of studies leading to the attainment of the Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education. This Internship represents the beginning of a fundamental stage with regard to teacher training, and allows Intern Students, in contact with a real teaching contexto, to gain access to the complex nature of the teaching-leraning process over a school year. Thus, they should seek to apply he knowledge acquired during the 1st year of the cicle of studies in the contexto of pedagogical practice. Therefore, the document intends to present the experiences and learning lived and felt in the context of the Professional Internship, being divided into six chapters that range from personal characterization to future expectations, passing through learning, conceptions, reflective practices, teaching models and problems felt over a year of teaching in two classes, 12th and 5th grade. Accompanied by a permanente metaphor, this Report sees the Professional Internship as a troubled journey to the top of a mountain that culminates in the dream of a young Intern Student who lets vulnerability and empathy guide the way. The top of the mountain has a goal in mind that not even the falls and slips allowed it to leave the central focus: to ensure that students had the best teaching-learning process, ensuring that their experiences and sharing contributed to their individual growth not only as students, but mainly as human beings. | Description: | O presente documento designa-se Relatório Final de Estágio e foi elaborado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular do Estágio Profissional inserida no 2º Ciclo de estudos conducente à obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. Este Estágio representa o início de uma etapa fundamental no que diz respeito à formação de professores, e permite que os Estudantes Estagiários, em contacto com um contexto real de ensino, consigam aceder à natureza complexa do processo de ensino-aprendizagem ao longo de um ano letivo. Assim, estes devem procurar aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do 1º ano do Ciclo de estudos no contexto da prática pedagógica. O documento pretende, então, dar a conhecer as experiências e aprendizagens vividas e sentidas no contexto do Estágio Profissional, estando dividido em seis capítulos que vão desde a caracterização pessoal às expectativas futuras, passando pelas aprendizagens, conceções, práticas reflexivas, modelos de ensino e problemas sentidos ao longo de um ano de docência de duas turmas, de 12º e 5º ano. Fazendo-se acompanhar de uma permanente metáfora, este Relatório encara o Estágio Profissional como uma viagem atribulada até ao topo de uma montanha que culmina no sonho de uma jovem Estudante Estagiária que deixa que a vulnerabilidade e a empatia sejam os guias de todo o percurso. O topo da montanha tem um objetivo em vista que nem as quedas e os resvalos permitiram que saísse do foco central: garantir que os alunos dispunham do melhor processo de ensino aprendizagem possível, garantindo que as suas vivências e partilhas contribuíssem para o seu crescimento individual não só enquanto alunos, mas principalmente enquanto seres humanos. |
