Title: Integrated-Circuit Design of Power Management Circuit for TENG Energy Harvesting System

Description: Triboelectric nanogenerators(TENG) are an up-and-coming harvesting solution that first appeared in 2012 and have shown great promise in scavenging mechanical energy. Despite being actively researched in the material's side of things - by testing new materials and developing novel structures - it receives considerably less attention when it comes to complementary power management circuitry, which is essential to make these systems highly efficient, hence viable. The present work focuses on delivering an efficient integrated circuit(IC) design that enables the TENG harvesting system to be used reliably as a power source in remote locations where conventional means aren't possible or cost-effective.
