| Title: | Industrialização inclusiva e sustentável : panorama da inovação na Espanha e Portugal na perspetiva dos objetivos do desenvolvimento sustentável |

| Abstract: | It is necessary to seek technological alternatives that enable the development of a more sustainable and inclusive social, economic, technical and environmental system. This is the focus of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). Punctually, SDG-9 aims to promote resilient infrastructure and inclusive and sustainable industrialization. Thus, the objective of the study was to examine the Portuguese and Spanish contexts in relation to the fulfilment of specific SDG 9, namely, those related to the promotion of green industrialisation and eco-innovations. In this sense, indicators were selected for four dimensions (C&TI, environmental, industrial structure, and green production), for the period 2016 and 2019. The results revealed distinct stages between the two countries, which signal potentialities and challenges for the development of green and inclusive industry in the Iberian Peninsula. |
| Description: | É necessário buscar alternativas tecnológicas que possibilitem o desenvolvimento de um sistema social, económico, técnico e ambiental mais sustentável e inclusivo. Esse é o foco da Agenda 2030 e dos Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS). Pontualmente, o ODS-9 intenciona promover as infraestruturas resilientes e a industrialização inclusiva e sustentável. Assim, o objetivo do estudo foi examinar os contextos português e espanhol em relação ao cumprimento de submetas específicas do ODS-9, nomeadamente, aquelas relacionadas à industrialização verde e às ecoinovações. Para isso, foram selecionados indicadores em quatro dimensões (C&TI, ambiental, estrutura industrial e produção verde), para o período de 2016 e 2019. Os resultados revelaram estágios distintos entre os dois países, os quais sinalizam potencialidades e desafios para o desenvolvimento da indústria verde e inclusiva na Península Ibérica. |
