dc.description	Partindo do poema "Os sapos", de Manuel Bandeira, lido na segunda noite da Semana de Arte Moderna de 1922, o artigo aborda o tema do sapo, não apenas nessa e noutras composições do autor, mas também na linguagem e na cultura contemporâneas, na tradição popular (do Brasil e de Portugal) e na literatura clássica.
dc.description.abstract	Starting with the poem Os sapos, by Manuel Bandeira, read on the second night of the Semana de Arte Moderna in 1922, the article discusses the topic of the frog, not only in this and other compositions by the author, but also in contemporary language and culture, in the popular tradition (from Brazil and Portugal) and in classical literature.
