| Abstract: | Under the topic Religion and social transformation we sought to propose and challenge an approach to the role of religion as an act of life, of lay adherence, of symbiosis, of faith as a galvanizing driver of behavior, not so much as a doctrinal religious perspective but how inner experiences become practices with social visibility. The challenge has been met by several researchers who added some further directions to the role of religion(s) in the transformation of society. |

O desafio foi atendido por vários investigadores que acrescentaram mais alguns rumos ao papel e motor da(s) religião(ões) na transformação da sociedade. |
