| Abstract: | The school placement is the end of a long academic stage, characterized by a winding path, but full of experiences, opportunities and learning, in order to provide an important background for the student's future. It also represents the starting point of a long journey of sharing, searching, re(discovering), and personal and professional (re)building. This document, written by a pre-service teacher (the author), brings out the beginning of what has always been his dream trip. The experiences reported had their epicenter in a school belonging to the metropolitan area of Porto. The turbulence zones, the care in defining routes to be taken and the communication in different languages, translating knowledge in learning, built an important safe place in what concerns the performance of this pre-service teacher. The use of Assessment for Learning and the building of physical fitness program using technology, were fantastic discoveries, transforming students intro builders of their own learning. The research study carried out had the purpose of analyzing the effect of introducing dynamic breaks in physical education classes on time spent in moderate to vigorous physical activity. The results showed that, even without the introduction of dynamic breaks, the studied classes followed the recommendations for the time spent in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Even so, the use of dynamic breaks may be a very useful strategy to increase the physical education classes intensity. It was a remarkable year for the pre-service teacher, which is depicted in this report, where all discoveries and rediscoveries were crucial to his personal and professional development. KEYWORDS: |
| Description: | O estágio profissional simboliza, por um lado, o culminar de uma longa etapa académica, caracterizada pelo seu percurso sinuoso, mas repleta de experiências, oportunidades e aprendizagens que conferem aos estudantes uma importante bagagem para o seu futuro. Por outro lado, representa o ponto de partida para uma longa viagem de partilha, de procura, de re(descoberta) e de (re)construção pessoal e profissional. Este documento foi elaborado por um estudante-estagiário (autor) e procura retratar o início daquela que sempre foi a sua viagem de sonho. As vivências e experiências relatadas tiveram o seu epicentro numa escola da zona metropolitana do Porto. As zonas de turbulência, o cuidado na definição das rotas a percorrer e a comunicação em diferentes línguas, traduzindo o saber em aprendizagens, construíram um importante porto seguro, na atuação deste estudante-estagiário. O ganho de altitude, alcançado com a utilização da metodologia da avaliação para aprendizagem e com o desenvolvimento do programa de aptidão física, recorrendo à tecnologia, foram fantásticas descobertas, que posicionaram o aluno no centro do processo educativo, transformando-o num construtor das suas próprias aprendizagens. O estudo de investigação realizado procurou observar o efeito da introdução de intervalos dinâmicos nos níveis de intensidade das aulas de educação física. Os resultados obtidos sugerem que, mesmo sem a introdução dos intervalos dinâmicos, as aulas estudadas cumprem as recomendações para a percentagem de tempo passado em atividade física moderada a vigorosa. Já a introdução dos intervalos dinâmicos parece, ainda assim, aumentar significativamente a intensidade das aulas. Este foi um ano marcante para o estudante estagiário, conforme plasmado neste relatório, todas as descobertas e redescobertas foram fulcrais para o seu desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional. |
