| Abstract: | This internship report was developed in the context of obtaining a master's degree in Sport Psychology and Human Development. The curricular internship was carried out at the Dragon Force Ermesinde school in the 2020/2021 season and was under the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy. The report presents a description of my intervention in that institution, such as the activities carried out, observations, interviews, individual cases, training and other activities. An investigation is also carried out, carried out with 22 participants of the Dragon Force Ermesinde. The investigation infers which are the main factors that influence the leadership exercised by coaches. To carry out the investigation, the interview on Leadership Styles and Management of Sports Teams (ELGED) - Rui Gomes (2007) was used. Finally, a reflection is made about the positive, negative aspects, main difficulties and learning of the curricular internship. |
| Description: | O presente relatório de estágio foi desenvolvido no âmbito da obtenção do grau de mestre em Psicologia do Desporto e Desenvolvimento Humano. O estágio curricular foi realizado na escola Dragon Force Ermesinde na época 2020/2021 e ficou ao abrigo dos departamentos de Psicologia e Pedagogia. O relatório apresenta uma descrição da minha intervenção na referida instituição, tal como as atividades realizadas, observações, entrevistas, casos individuais, formações e outras atividades. É também efetuada uma investigação, realizada com 22 participantes da Dragon Force Ermesinde. A investigação infere quais os principais fatores que influenciam a liderança exercida pelos treinadores. Para a realização da investigação foi utilizada a entrevista sobre Estilos de Liderança e Gestão de Equipas Desportivas (ELGED) - Rui Gomes (2007). Por fim, é feita uma reflexão acerca dos aspetos positivos, negativos, principais dificuldades e aprendizagens do estágio curricular. |
