Abstract

The present dissertation is a trace of the movements of consciousness that make us what we are. It is the moment that, on the expression of a movement of search, builds a place that apprehends the principles and methodologies determined by education, questioning and provoking them in urging to produce a voice of thinking about architecture. In this regard, the dissertation project is the unravelling of one's own enigma of thinking about architecture. Give form to a search that sets up instruments that enable us to redeem from the work the intentions and forms of desire that motivate its realization. However, only through the insight into the real forms of architecture we are capable to mature and emancipate from the learning cycle that is now ending; a form of thinking that is generated in the movement between its expressive and disciplinary forms. In such confronting condition, is raised awareness of: the place where the enigmatic forms of projectual action reside is in the architect's process of thought; its unravel is fundamental to understand the rhizome of the oeuvre with space, time and subject. Hence, it is necessary to regain the experience that motivates it, recognize the atmosphere of relationships and meanings capable of guiding us through the discovery of what is intimate in it. Aware that recovering the essence of the movement of existence in the field of conception is what allows results of significant depths, greater than those we will ever be able to acquire through their study. Recognizing that the thought acts as an expression of a movement that is conquered in the course of experience and confrontation with reality, and that to live artistically is to recover the wandering poetics of existence in the construction of architecture, the aim is to combat the arbitrariness of contemporary processes. For this reason, we must be artist-architects and operate in a movement of doubt and uncertainty. Erect lighthouses, places, moments, and coordinates that enable us to map our concerns and clarify our project condition. What we aspire to be and think in our own navigation, and conquer with the problematization of the artistic and disciplinary expression of architecture.
