Abstract

This special issue of Linguística, the Porto journal of Linguistics whose first Editor was Professor Maria da Graça Pinto, is the celebration of Prof. Pinto's meaningful career in Linguistics. It is our gift to Prof. Pinto on her 70th birthday and it is our way of making it clear how important her work has been for all the contributors of this volume. Following a Portuguese tradition, texts are ordered alphabetically by the first author's given name.
