Abstract

The reader is invited to a trip. The motto is a proposal of a community center in the city of Maputo, Mozambique. The journey begins, even before departure. The project is made of substrates often hidden from the external eye. It is intended to highlight the role of research, as a means of interaction and pursuit of the author's own condition and the surrounding context. It is the story of a process, which tells the construction of an imaginary of its own. According to a foreign look, a personal experience is testified, where the author is led to intervene in an unfamiliar reality, challenging himself. Using multidisciplinary devices, such as photography, drawing and collages, we try to understand and recount. Research extends in the form of a project, seeking to explore less obvious relationships between experience and practice. After all ... is not the project the most obvious expression of its author? Perhaps from the experience of others, come the premises so that the reader also wanders.
