| Title: | Instruções orais na aula de Língua Estrangeira/Adicional: um estudo interdidático na formação inicial de professores |

| Abstract: | This exploratory study focuses on the discourse of the teacher in the Foreign Language/Additional Language classroom (FL/AL). Concerning this aspect Eikenbusch (2013) presupposes three perspectives of the teacher's discourse: as a mirror of his personality; as a social activity; as a tool in the classroom. Taking these perspectives as a background, we will give priority to the analysis of the oral instructions given by teachers in a FL/AL classroom, in our case of Portuguese and German. Therefore, the present study aims to: (i) analyze oral instructions given by teachers in initial formation regarding their clarity and efficacy and (ii) consider pedagogical-didactic measures and develop instruments for their optimization. It became evident that in-depth reflection and awareness of how to give clear and effective instructions should be an integral part of FL/AL teacher training. |
| Description: | Este estudo, de caráter exploratório, tem como foco o discurso do professor em sala de aula de Língua Estrangeira/Adicional (LE/LA). No que concerne a este aspeto Eikenbusch (2013) pressupõe três perspetivas do discurso do professor: como espelho da sua personalidade; como uma atividade social; como uma ferramenta em sala de aula. Neste texto, dar-se-á primazia à análise das instruções orais dadas por professores em sala de aula de uma LE/LA, no nosso caso do Português e do Alemão. Por conseguinte, o presente estudo tem como objetivos: (i) analisar instruções orais que dão professores em formação inicial, quanto à sua clareza e eficácia, e (ii) equacionar medidas e desenvolver instrumentos de intervenção pedagógico-didática para a sua otimização. Ficou evidente que a reflexão aprofundada e a consciencialização sobre a forma de dar instruções claras e eficazes devem ser parte integrante da formação (inicial) de professores de LE/LA. |
