This essay aims the comprehension of structural changes that permeate places of music - traditional and 'new experimentalism' - Jazz, electroacoustic and radio's propagation in New York City, creating a new scene. |

A elite tradicional - detentora dos valores tradicionais de música sinfônica - havia perdido sua hegemonia em decorrência as práticas populares surgidas no pós-guerra. Este ensaio propõe a compreensão das mudanças estruturais que permeiam os locais de execução de música, tanto tradicional quanto o "novo experimentalismo", o Jazz, estúdio eletroacústico e sua difusão pelas rádios na cidade de Nova York, criando uma nova cena. |
