| Abstract: | This study provides an overview on Integrated Management Systems (IMS). It aims to know how organizations see it, such as gains, profits, drawback and relevant points in implementation. In order to reach some results, it was used a research methodology PRISMAPreferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses. The results included basic information about every paper/article studied that was considered relevant and they are presented as table. The discussion exhibits the results of the review of the articles that were considered in the study. The conclusion is that IMS despite showing some difficulties at the beginning of the implementation, have several advantages to companies, so, from an evolutionary perspective, it could be the next step to take.
