Relatório de Estágio Profissional "Etapas percorridas na formação pessoal e profissional de uma Professora de Educação Física"

Abstract

The Professional Internship represents the culmination of my initial formation. In this journey the Teacher Intern is encouraged to enter into a world of confrontation of knowledge, passing from theory to practice and, above all, of reflection and sharing of experiences. Supervised pedagogical practice is finalized with the construction of the Internship Report. This document describes the path, challenges, adventures and the enrichment acquired during the most important academic year of my professional and personal formation. The effort demonstrated during the practice is described in this paper. The steps taken by the Teacher are presented through a division of this report into seven chapters: the first chapter refers to "Introduction"; the second to the "Personal Context", mentioning my characteristics as a sportswoman and student, my personality and the expectations and understanding about the Internship; the third deals with the "Institutional Framework", characterizing the context in which this professional internship was carried out, as well as its participants, the Physical Education subdepartment, the Internship Nucleus, the Classes and the Teachers. The fourth chapter reflects the "Operational Framework", being organized in three areas: area 1 - Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning process; area 2 - Participation in School and Relations with the Community; and area 3 - Professional Development. The fifth chapter includes the "Research Study" and refers to students' motivation in Physical Education classes. The sixth chapter provides the "Conclusions and Perspectives for the Future", giving a brief reflection on the feelings experienced at the internship and what I desire for the future. Finally, the seventh chapter refers to "References" used throughout the document. KEYWORDS: INTERNSHIP;
