| Abstract: | The present work consists in the realization of a rehabilitation project of two bourgeois houses in the historical center of Porto. From the analysis and interpretation of the pre-existence, we tried to constitute a response in the form of a project that is based on the analysis and test of the methodology of intervention in the construction system, developed by Teixeira (2013). The practical side is parallel to the analysis and theoretical investigation, since the case study motivates the reflection on the problems inherent to the rehabilitation of old buildings. |
| Description: | O presente trabalho consiste na realização de um projeto de reabilitação de duas casas burguesas no centro histórico do Porto. A partir da análise e interpretação da pré-existência, procurou-se constituir uma resposta sob a forma de projeto que se apoia na metodologia de intervenção no sistema construtivo deste edificado, desenvolvia por Teixeira (2013). A vertente prática surge paralelamente à analise e investigação teórica, uma vez que o caso de estudo motiva a reflexão sobre as problemáticas inerentes à reabilitação de edifícios antigos. |
