This question rose from a study analysing about 1000 housing sale advertisements published in the Jornal de Notícias between 1975 and 2015. The objective is to understand what the public desire in their homes, where they want it and how and why their perception of what is valued has changed over the past 40 years in Oporto city |
| Description: | A presente dissertação propõe uma interpretação dos fatores de valorização das habitações. Esta questão usa como âmbito de estudo a recolha e análise de um conjunto com cerca de 1000 anúncios de venda de habitações publicados no Jornal de Notícias entre 1975 e 2015. O objetivo é compreender o que as pessoas querem nas suas habitações, onde a querem e como e porquê essa perceção do que é valorizado mudou ao longo dos últimos 40 anos na cidade do Porto. |
