| Abstract: | Dampness is one of the fundamental causes of degradation of building envelope elements, so a study analysis of its ways of manifestation, particulary the internal condensation is justified.By these presents, we do a technological characterization of building envelope elements in Portugal and we define values of vapour permeability of various material building.We present Glaser and Krischer-Vos' methods, to study and analyse the phenomena of dampness transfer in vapour phase in construction elements.We also examine various construction solutions used in Portugal in what concerns vapour diffusion, proposing some corrections to avoid the occurence of internal condensations, depending on the internal hygrothermal building.At last we define some methods of walls, covering and floors conception that permit to avoid the degradation of constituent materials of construction elements, which is incitated by the presence of internal condensation of humidity. |
| Description: | As humidades constituem uma das causas de degradação dos elementos da envolvente dos edifícios, pelo que se justifica uma análise cuidada das suas formas de maniefestação, em particular, as condensações internas.No presente trabalho, faz-se uma caracterização tecnológica dos elementos da envolvente dos edifícios em Portugal e definem-se valores da permeabilidade ao vapor de vários materiais de construção.Apresentam-se os modelos de Glaser e de Krischer-Vos, para estudo e análise do fenómeno de transferência de humidade em fase vapor em elementos de construção.Analisa-se o comportamento de diversas soluções construtivas utilizadas em Portugal, à difusão de vapor de água, propondo-se algumas correções para evitar a ocorrência de condensações internas, em função da higrometria interior dos edifícios.Finalmente, definem-se algumas regras de conceção de paredes, coberturas e pavimentos, que permitam evitar a degradação dos materiais constituintes dos elementos de construção, provocada pela presença de humidade de condensação interior. |
