| Abstract: | Nowadays the healthcare services are bound to delay which make people to stay long periods of time in uncomfortable situations. This project tries to create a set of tools with the objective of giving flexibility to the patient in terms of mobility, access to the healthcare services and track of his own medical record, by using the grown in usage of mobile phone by people as an advantage. For this purpose some fundamental questions are addressed, such as, the nature of the content that can be shared, having always in attention questions related with ethics, safety, privacy and anxiety, and the post-reaction. It's also investigated some technological concerns on how to spend less time on development by using multi-platform tools and create a generic solution able to fit the needs of all diferent kind of healthcare services and specific requirements of potential clients. |
| Description: | Atualmente o serviço de saúde está sujeito a demoras que levam as pessoas a ficar longos períodos de tempo em situações de desconforto. Este projeto visa criar um conjunto de ferramentas que pretende dar flexibilidade ao utente em termos de mobilidade, acessibilidade aos serviços de saúde e de acompanhamento do seu próprio perfil médico, tirando partido do aumento do uso dispositivos móveis por parte dos utentes. Para este efeito são abordadas algumas questões fundamentais, como a natureza do conteúdo que pode ser partilhado, relativamente a questões relacionadas com ética, segurança, privacidade e ansiedade, e pós-reação do mesmo. São ainda averiguados aspectos mais tecnológicos sobre como poupar no custo de desenvolvimento através de ferramentas multi-plataformas e criar uma solução genérica que possa ser adaptada aos diversos tipos de serviços de saúde e necessidades específicas dos potenciais clientes. |
