Following research pretends to study air traffic control operations between pilots and controllers to identify problems and present a solution. The objective is to reduce air traffic incidents and minimize economical and environmental damages caused by those problems. With increased traffic verbal communication code used by ATC to monitor flight have revealed to be inefficient and biased. Data is congested and need to become more compact for faster transmission and safer monitoring. Pilots are mostly overloaded which lead to misunderstanding, distraction through fatigue and mistakes operating air craft during conflict situations. Monitoring should become more autonomous and ease pilots operation ability in order to reach performance. As a response to those components and according to current projects and researches it was developed a new non verbal communication code to reduce bias, distortions and complexity. The result is a compact message easy to be transmitted and understood. Communications were simplified and should happen only through pilot and system without interference of controllers.
