IQTOOL - Innovative eLearning Tool for Quality Training Material in VET

Abstract

* To promote co-operation in quality assurance in all sectors of education and training in Europe. The main aim of the project is to analyse the need how to improve the quality assurance of eLearning training materials. On the basis of the results, we develop an open source software tool to evaluate and assess the eLearning materials. To support the application of the tool we develop training material also. Because of this complexity our project has a close relation to LLP-Obj-h: To support the development of innovative ICT-based content, services, pedagogies and practice for lifelong learning as well. * To support improvements in quality and innovation in vocational education and training systems, institutions and practices With the development of open source software tool and training material and the testing process and pilot training we can support the improvements in quality and innovation in vocational education and training systems, institutions and practices. We will enforce the dissemination of our results to enhance the improvement of existing and future eLearning training materials. * Developing e-learning tools for training quality management in VET On the basis of research results we develop open source evaluation and assessment software for quality assurance of eLearning training materials.
