| Abstract: | This project studies a real case scenario, where the main goal is to make an accurate acquisition of the KPIs of a production line. With this information we want to balance the production line in order to improve the performance indicators previously collected. For this, we use optimization techniques with different optimization tools, allied to a simulation model that represents the reality of the case study. |
| Description: | O projeto dessenvolvido procura analisar um caso de estudo de uma fábrica real, onde se pretende fazer uma recolha precisa dos KPIs de uma linha de produção. Com esta informação pretende se fazer um balanceamento da linha de forma a melhorar os indicadores de desempenho recolhidos anteriormente. Para isto são utilizadas técnicas de otimização utilizando diferentes ferramentas, acompanhadas de um modelo de simulação que representa a realidade do caso de estudo. |
