| Abstract: | With this work we pretend to build a prototype of a software tool for real-time text generation based on an audio signal input. This work will be developed in the context of live electronic musical performance for stage concerts, creating a way to have a real-time audioreactive text generation output for live visuals, namely in text format. The main focus will consist of mapping a series of sound and/or musical characteristics to serve as control parameters for the automatic text generation in real time, which aims to be sound-reactive and emotionally coherent with the sound source. We then aim to build a prototype of a software tool that allows this to be applied in the real-life context of live electronic musical performance for stage. |
| Description: | Com este trabalho pretende-se construir um protótipo de uma ferramenta para geração de texto em tempo real reactiva a um sinal sonoro. Pretende-se trabalhar no contexto da música electrónica e da performance ao vivo da música electrónica em contexto de palco, criando uma ferramenta de geração de conteúdo visual reactivo à componente sonora que está a ser tocada. O trabalho consistirá no mapeamento de uma série de características sonoras e musicais que servirão de controladores para a geração de texto em tempo real, que se pretende responsiva e perceptualmente coerente com a componente sonora. Passar-se-á posteriormente à programação de um protótipo em software que permita a maquetização da ferramenta para estudo da viabilidade e das aplicações possíveis. |
