dc.descriptionThis thesis presents an approach to the optimization of usage of a fleet of fire-fightining helicopters, aggregating existent helicopter bases in zones, creating the possibility of using an helicopter outside the area previously considered. These zones are created based on geographic and contractual restrictions. Of all the possibilities, the zones that optimize the selected parameters.
