Why managing quality in CE/CPD organizations is important: Europe

Abstract

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) leaders have the responsibility of mentoring and coaching professionals who join as CPD managers by helping them develop the right competencies needed to be successful. Based on the self-assessment matrix of IACEE Quality Program for Continuing Education and the principles of CEE Manager Training Program, this workshop will present the competencies needed to develop the managers of 21st century CPD organizations. Through hands-on training, the participants will learn how to create a framework in their organizations for developing new managers in the areas of program development, marketing strategy, budget management, data-driven decision making and partnership development.
