| Abstract: | The purpose of this Master Thesis is to develop a sustainability index, based on key performance indicators, concerning three different scopes. The operational scope, the environmental scope and the social and working quality scope. The used mathematical methodology is Principal Component Analysis. In this work four Distribution System Operators are compared between themselves, for a period of five years. |
| Description: | O objectivo desta Dissertação é o desenvolvimento de um Índice de Sustentabilidade, baseado na análise de indicadores, tendo em conta três diferentes âmbitos: Operacional, Ambiental e Social e de Qualidade e Segurança no Trabalho.A metodologia de cálculo utilizada é Análise de Componentes Principais. O objecto de estudo neste trabalho são quatro Operadores do Sistema de Distribuição, ao longo de um período de cinco anos. |
