| Abstract: | This project is based on an energy efficiency analysis of TRATERME company. The objective is to develop a methodology to optimize the production process related to energy consumption. For this purpose, the influence of some variables of the heat treatment processes - treatment time, furnace temperature variation, weight of the load and type of treatment in the production line - will be studied. It is intended to create a control measure that allows the evaluation of deviations and a methodology to identify the best time to start production and which furnace is the most appropriate. |
| Description: | Este projeto assenta na realização de uma análise à eficiência energética da empresa TRATERME. O objetivo passa pela elaboração de uma metodologia que permita otimizar o processo produtivo relativo ao consumo de energia. Para tal será estudada a influência de algumas variáveis dos processos de tratamento térmico - tempo de tratamento, variação de temperatura do forno, peso da carga e tipo de tratamento na linha de produção. Pretende-se criar uma medida de controlo que permita a avaliação de desvios e de uma metodologia que permita identificar qual a melhor altura para iniciar a produção e qual o forno mais indicado. |
