| Abstract: | The following dissertation aims to study and analyze the relationship between Architecture and Graphic Design. From an initial collection, four cases were chosen, with the intention of understanding the process of cre¬ating the graphic identity of public buildings of great importance, maintain¬ing as a key element the Architecture itself. It is also intended to connect all cases in a global scheme, comparing the similarities and differences, and to understand the role of the graphic identity logo of each element in the general understanding of the building. |
| Description: | O presente trabalho procura estudar e a analisar a relação entre a Arquitectura e o Design Gráfico. De uma recolha inicial foram escolhidas quatro obras, pretendendo-se compreender o processo da realização de uma identidade gráfica de edifícios de carácter público grande importân¬cia, mantendo como elemento chave a própria Arquitectura. Pretende-se ainda relacionar os casos num esquema global, comparando as seme¬lhanças e diferenças, e ainda compreender qual o papel do logótipo da identidade gráfica de cada elemento no plano geral da compreensão do edifício. |
